The sensation of thirst is not a good indicator of the body’s state of hydration. Indeed, this occurs too late, when the body is already in a state of dehydration. The solution? Drink regularly.

If you’re exercising for less than an hour, your body only needs water or one HYDRA 0%.

For more than an hour of exercise, some carbohydrates are recommended during exercise to avoid hypoglycaemia or exhaustion due to depleted energy reserves. This involves drinking isotonic drinks.

Drink at least 0.5 litre of water or HYDRA 0% for one hour of exercise in addition to the 1.5 litre recommended daily intake.
